Sound Bird is a holistic wellness and sound bath center intentionally designed for rest, reconnection, and nervous system regulation. Through immersive sound baths, meditation, breath work, rebounding and restorative yoga practices, we create opportunities to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
Our acoustically designed space surrounds you with immersive sound quality, dynamic lighting, grounding materials and intentional sensory element, creating an environment where the body and mind are invited to settle.
Rooted in evidence-informed practices while honoring Eastern and Western traditions, our approach brings together science, sound, breath and movement to support the whole person- mind, body, and spirit.
Immersive sound baths, crystal bowls, and gongs that guide you into deep states of rest and renewal.
A transformative flow blending strength, flexibility, and mindfulness with expert guidance in a welcoming community atmosphere.
Rebounding and dynamic practices that move energy, regulate the nervous system, and awaken presence in body and mind.
Guided breath techniques for emotional release, nervous system balance, and reconnection to inner calm.
Educational and experiential gatherings that weave mental-health awareness, self-care practices, and conscious connection.
Holistic sessions designed to complement clinical and mental-health care—combining sound, mindfulness, and evidence-based approaches.
For those called to share this work—learn the foundations of sound, energy, and facilitation in a supportive, heart-centered environment.
“The owner and facilitators at Sound Bird Center are incredible, warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Everything is thoughtfully organized in a way that gives you the time and space to fully experience and integrate each session. You never feel rushed.
I’ve mostly attended their breathwork classes, which have become such a meaningful way for me to reconnect with myself, slow down, and release.
The space itself is beautiful and very intentionally designed. There’s a peaceful, healing energy from the moment you walk in. It’s a special place, and I’m very grateful to have found it.” – Olga
